Many of the acres we graze are on the Higher Level (HLS) and Entry Level (ELS) of Natural England’s Environmental Stewardship Scheme, which is an agri-environment scheme run by DEFRA.
As a qualified professional Cordon Bleu Chef working for private and high level restaurants for the past twenty years Katies is well placed to know the value of serving products of the highest standard.
